In fact, Fujisawa City is known to those in the know as a famous pork producing area. It has produced many branded pork, including the famous brand pork "Koza Pork." Fujisawa Fresh Pork uses only thigh meat from carefully selected pork raised in Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture.

Our commitment to salt
Another important ingredient in raw pork is salt. Fujisawa Raw Pork uses sea salt from Vietnam. It is a traditional method of salt made by hand from seawater using the power of the sun and wind. It contains a wealth of minerals not found in refined salt, and has a natural flavor.
This is raw pork with no additives or coloring.
